Privacy

What this page collects, and what it does not.

Short version: no cookies, no advertising trackers, no IP addresses stored, and nothing sold or shared with anyone.

Analytics

This site runs its own first-party measurement. It records a pageview, how far down the page you scrolled, which calls to action were clicked, and roughly how long the page was open. Alongside that it stores the referring website's hostname, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your device category (desktop, mobile or tablet) and the two-letter country code your request arrived from.

It does not set a cookie, does not store your IP address, and has no way to recognise you on a later visit or on another site. There is no cross-site identifier, no fingerprint and no advertising pixel.

If you contact us

If you book a walkthrough or email us, we keep what you send: your name, work email, agency and anything you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to run the program described on this page. Booking a time goes through HubSpot, our scheduling and CRM provider, and is covered by their privacy terms as well as ours.

Retention

Measurement records are kept in aggregate for the life of the campaign and are not tied to a person. Anything you send us directly is kept for as long as we are in contact, and we will delete it on request.

A note specific to this program

This page describes an examination integrity service. That service has its own separate privacy terms, retention schedule and data handling commitments, which are agreed in writing with the agency before any session is run and reviewed with the local union. Nothing on this marketing page is part of that agreement, and none of the measurement described above has anything to do with examination sessions.
