For firefighters

You cannot buy this. You can point us at the people who can.

If you think the promotional process where you work should leave a record that a member can appeal from, tell us who your department is. We will make the approach ourselves, and your name stays out of it unless you tell us otherwise.

What happens after you hit send

  1. By default we never say your name. Not to your chief, not to your training division, not to your local. The approach is ours and it does not reference you.
  2. We contact the department, not you again. One email to the chief or training officer describing the founding cohort. If they say no, that is the end of it.
  3. We do not sell, rent or share your details. Not to a list, not to a partner, not to anyone.
  4. You can have it deleted. Email us and it is gone, no questions.

One thing this is not

This is not a way to report misconduct. If something has actually gone wrong with an examination where you work, that belongs with your union representative, your department's professional standards office, or your state fire standards body. We are a vendor, we have no authority to investigate anything, and we would not want you relying on us as though we did.

When we contact them, may we say who put them forward?

We will only use this to make the approach described on the left. See the privacy notice.

Got it. Thank you.

We will make the approach. Your name will not appear in it.

Want the detail yourself? Read the program document or go back to the case.
